What is the delivery time? We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50 a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. No hidden fees ever.
Are all materials pet safe? Absolutely. At MainPaws every product is carefully selected to ensure it meets pet safety standards. We only list products made with non-toxic, pet safe materials so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
How does the self cleaning litter box work? Our automatic self cleaning litter boxes use a built-in sensor that detects when your cat has used the box. After a set delay the mechanism automatically scoops and deposits waste into a sealed container β leaving the box fresh and clean without you lifting a finger.
Is assembly required? Most of our products require minimal assembly and come with clear instructions included in the box. Assembly typically takes 10-20 minutes. If you need help our customer support team is always here for you.
What sizes are available? We offer a wide range of sizes to fit every breed and every home. Each product page includes detailed size specifications and weight limits to help you choose the perfect fit for your pet. If you are unsure feel free to contact us at support@mainpaws.com.
Do products come with a warranty? Yes. All MainPaws products come with a minimum 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Some products include extended warranties β please check the individual product page for specific warranty details.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in the email or visit our Order Tracking page anytime to check your delivery status in real time.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@mainpaws.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly so please contact us immediately at support@mainpaws.com if you need to modify or cancel. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped we are unable to cancel but our return policy has you covered.
What if my order arrives damaged? We are so sorry if this happens! Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us at support@mainpaws.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund β no questions asked.
Are replacement parts available? Yes. For most of our products replacement parts are available. Please contact us at support@mainpaws.com with your order number and the part you need and we will do our best to assist you.
How long does my refund take? Once we receive your returned item we process refunds within 48 hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally? Currently MainPaws ships within the United States only. We are working hard to expand to more countries in the future. Stay tuned and follow us on social media for updates!
