We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most items arrive within 3–7 business days (Express). A small number of larger or specialty items ship Standard and take 8–15 business days — the estimate for each item is shown on its product page. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@mainpaws.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
