We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@mainpaws.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders within 1 to 3 days so please contact us immediately at support@mainpaws.com if you need to modify or cancel. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once shipped we are unable to cancel but our return policy has you covered.
